Vector3

The Vector3 is the base model in the Vector range, however the Vector3 still has a multitude of features including GPRS connectivity, Vehicle Bus interfaces (CAN and J1708), Bluetooth, USB, RS-232, Digital Inputs and Outputs, SD Card for mass storage (with SDHC support) and a 3 axis accelerometer. With so many standard fleet management features the Vector3 platform covers all the basics while providing the option of adding advanced functionality as your needs change without having to change your hardware platform.

Vector3-3G

The Vector3-3G vehicle tracker delivers the same GPS fleet management features as the Vector 300FM version with one exception: The GPRS modem has been replaced with a 3G modem, which enables the Vector3-3G to deliver high speed communications functionality as well as compatibility with the 3G networks. This makes this vehicle monitoring system ideal for applications where large amounts of data need to be transferred, such as Voice over IP and Mobile Internet access as well as the more conventional transfer of large files required from a standard GPS vehicle tracker.

Vector4

The Vector4 is specifically developed for the commercial trucking industry. This truck GPS product has all the functionality of the Vector 300FM but in addition has an internal PLC4Truck's reader as well as Wi-Fi capability. When used for truck tracking in conjunction with a PLC TAG fitted to the trailer(s), the Internal PLC4Trucks reader enables the Vector4 to detect trailer hook and drop hook events. A full API library is also provided with the truck GPS device which enables the user to add trailer tracking with a few lines of code. Wi-Fi capability enables low cost communications when in range of an authenticated Wi-Fi hotspot and is ideal for transfer of non real time data such as log files, trip logs, and over the air software updates.
