Imarda’s range of Prolificx Vector 300 series are Windows CE based Telematics products and are fully programmable devices for headless ‘in-vehicle’ applications.

Vector 300FM

The FM version is the staple offering of the group delivering the core set of features which are common to the other options in the Vector 300 series.
Generic Specifications.

Vector 300DM

The DM supports the same feature set as the FM but adds support for an internal satellite modem to provide a backup communications option when out of cellular range. The Vector 300DM Functionally equivalent to the FM version but provides an alternate backup communications channel via the ORBCOMM network of Low Earth Orbit satellites. This option makes the Vector 300DM extremely attractive for long haul trucking and other applications where it is essential to maintain communications when outside cellular coverage.

By using a least cost routing algorithm, the Vector 300DM is capable of sending data primarily on the Cellular network, but when cellular coverage is lost it can store messages for later transmission, or in the case of high priority messages, send via the satellite network.

Vector 300HX

The HX version is identical to FM version except it has the GPRS modem replaced with a HDSPA\UMTS\EDGE\GPRS modem for high speed cellular communications.

Vector 300GWP

The GWP version builds upon the FM version by adding an 802.11b/g client and PLC4Trucks reader. The PLC4Trucks reader is compatible with our PLCTag and designed applications where trailer identification, tracking and hook\drop notification is required.

An API is also provided for use with the internal PLC4trucks reader which provides simple application access to configuration and event notification. The Vector 300GWP is available with GPRS modem, HSDPA\UMTS\EDGE modem, or without modem.
