Selwyn Pellett - CEO

Selwyn Pellett is the founder, CEO and Chairman of Imarda Ltd, Co founder and Chairman of Endace Ltd, Chairman of the Hi Tech Association, Director of Xsol Ltd, Trustee of the Hi Growth Trust, Founder and Director of Sway-Tech Ltd and Founder and Director of Storm Distribution Ltd.

As the former CEO and co-founder of the Endace Ltd Selwyn lead Endace to be the first New Zealand registered company to list on the UK's AIM stock market in June 2005.

Selwyn has worked in the electronics industry in New Zealand, Australia and Asia for over 19 years with the last six years focused on the global Network Security and Telematics markets. His extensive experience in international sales, marketing, strategic planning and supply chain management in small start-ups through to multi-billion dollar corporations gives Selwyn a unique perspective on New Zealand into global markets.

Claire Mitchell - CFO

Claire Mitchell is the former Finance Director of Endace Ltd and was part of the cornerstone team behind the successful listing of New Zealand-based company in the UK.

Claire brings a wealth of experience in key areas working as CFO and Director in high growth Technology companies. Claire has held positions including Finance Director in Endace and Corporate Finance Director at Intasys.

Simon Illingworth - VP Global Sales and Director Imarda

Simon Illingworth is an entrepreneur with a track-record of establishing and growing businesses in the Telematics, security and track-and-trace industries. Simon was the founder of Guardforce International Distribution (Africa) 1996 and the founder of Satellite Tracking Proprietary Ltd, 1997.

Simon founded SmartTrack in Perth, Australia in 2001 before being bought out by Imarda in 2007.

John Walley - Director of Imarda

John Walley is an experienced technologist and company director. He brings significant experience in technical/engineering, product development oversight and governance.

John was previously the engineering director at Gallaghers, and is a Chartered EngineerFellow - Institute of Professional Engineers NZ, Institute of Management NZ and Institute of Quality Assurance UK

Member Institute of Electrical Engineers UK and previously a Director of Prolificx.
