Imarda is a global company, with offices in the USA, UK, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand. We provide technologies and expertise to enhance the productivity and efficiency of our global customer base.

We are a privately held company with the majority of our significant shareholder base located across Australasia. The company Owns the IP for the hardware and software technology we develop and we leverage an enormous amount of control for our customers by managing the entire supply chain from factory to freeway.

Imarda was formed in 2007 by the acquisition and merger of two product companies, Smartrack PTY Ltd and Prolificx Ltd. Both Companies have been in the Fleet Telematics business since the 2001.
